RadioMaster Boxer ELRS — Compact ELRS 2.4GHz Radio Controller
The RadioMaster Boxer is the first production radio controller designed around ExpressLRS as the primary internal RF module, not an afterthought. The 2.4GHz ELRS RF module is built into the main board, eliminating the latency and power overhead of external JR bay modules. Result: sub-3ms link latency at 500Hz packet rate — the fastest link available in consumer RC radio.
EdgeTX 2.x firmware runs natively on the 128-MHz Cortex-M4 processor, supporting the full mixer, telemetry, and lua scripting ecosystem the OpenTX community has developed. The compact form factor fits in a backpack pocket; the gimbals use Hall-effect sensors with no mechanical end-stops to wear out. CNC-machined aluminium gimbals feel tighter and smoother than injection-moulded alternatives.
