Oscilloscope Probe Kit — 100MHz 10:1 Passive Probes (2-Pack)

A matched pair of 100MHz 10:1 passive oscilloscope probes compatible with all major oscilloscope brands (Rigol, Siglent, Hantek, Tektronix). The 10:1 attenuation ratio reduces the loading effect on your circuit under test while extending measurement range on the oscilloscope's vertical scale. Switching to 1:1 mode increases sensitivity for small signal measurements at the expense of bandwidth.

Includes a full accessory kit: IC clips for grabbing individual component legs, alligator ground clips, spring hook probes for freehand probing, and a BNC to 2mm safety socket adapter. Probe ground lead is 30cm — short enough that ground lead inductance doesn't corrupt high-frequency measurements.
