ESP32-S3 Development Board — Dual-Core Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5 MCU

The ESP32-S3 is Espressif's flagship IoT microcontroller, combining a dual-core 240MHz Xtensa LX7 processor with integrated 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 5 (LE and Classic) in a single low-power package. The addition of a dedicated vector accelerator for neural network inference makes it viable for on-device machine learning at the edge — running keyword spotting, gesture recognition, and simple vision models without a cloud connection.

The development board breaks out all 45 programmable GPIO pins with clearly labelled silkscreen, includes a USB-C programming port with auto-reset, and provides a 3.3V LDO capable of powering attached sensors. Compatible with Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, MicroPython, and CircuitPython.
