Airspy HF+ Discovery — High-Performance HF/VHF SDR Receiver

The Airspy HF+ Discovery represents the current state of the art in consumer HF software defined radio. Where generic RTL-SDR dongles offer 8-bit dynamic range and limited HF sensitivity, the HF+ Discovery delivers 18-bit effective ADC resolution with a noise floor that competes with high-end bench receivers costing 10× as much.

Purpose-engineered for the shortwave and HF bands (AM broadcast, international SW stations, 160m through 10m amateur bands, utility stations, STANAG signals, and the MW/LW spectrum), it also covers VHF up to 260MHz. The dual-path front end uses separate LNA and mixer chains for the HF and VHF bands, eliminating the image rejection compromises inherent to direct-conversion designs.
