2. Products

We sell two categories of products:

  • Physical Products — Science instruments and educational equipment (telescopes, microscopes, lab equipment, etc.) shipped from our fulfillment partners. Ships within 7–14 business days.
  • Digital Products — Research papers and PDF downloads delivered instantly via email after purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default. Prices in other currencies are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The exact charge to your card will be in your local currency as calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Shipping

Physical products are fulfilled by our dropshipping partners and typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days within Canada and the USA, and 14–28 days internationally. Tracking information will be emailed when available. 6. Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Digital products (PDFs, research papers) are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital delivery. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All research papers, author's notes, and written content sold through this store are the intellectual property of Daniel Toupin / Golden Physics Project. Purchasers receive a personal, non-transferable license for private use. Commercial redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Physics Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
