Refund Policy

Physical Products — 30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical products. To initiate a return, contact us at dtoupin@goldenphysics.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products (research papers, PDF downloads) are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
